Chile the Kid Beer and Wine Festival Presented by City Bank Offers First Taste of Roasted Chile, Music, Flavor and Fun
The first and freshest taste of Hatch green chile comes to Ruidoso Downs Race Track and Casino Aug 6-8, 2021 as the 3rd annual Chile the Kid Beer and Wine Festival Presented by City Bank takes place in a giant tent next to Billy the Kid Casino.
About a dozen New Mexico beer and wine vendors will be sampling, pouring, and selling their products, alongside chile roasting by Albertson’s Market and a tent full of food and retail vendors.
Friday and Saturday evenings, Mirage - A Santana Experience, will perform starting at 6:00 PM in the tent. The Rich Chorne Band will also be performing Sunday at 2:00 PM. Tickets for the entire day are $15 and are available at the ticket office or at RaceRuidoso.com. The admission price includes a souvenir wine or beer glass and admission to the concert.

The events are held starting at 12:00 Noon Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with local music and entertainment provided all day. The first post for horse races that weekend is 1:00 PM.
