We are seeking exceptional, enthusiastic team members and “foodies” to join our unique Food and Beverage team. Our ideal candidates understand what it takes to create a unique guest experience, aren’t afraid to hustle, always maintain a positive, friendly, professional attitude and like to have fun. We are growing and are looking for customer service driven individuals, who share our love for providing an excellent culinary experience along with warm, small-town hospitality.

We are looking to fill the following roles:

·      Servers, Bartenders, Beer-tenders, Mixologists - Year-Round Full-Time and Part-Time or Seasonal

·      Bussers, Food Runners, Expediters, Dishwashers, Hostess - Year-Round Full-Time and Part-Time or Seasonal

·      Food and Beverage/Restaurant Managers, Kitchen Managers, Banquet Managers, Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors - Year-Round Full-Time and Part-Time or Seasonal

·      Chefs, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks - Year-Round Full-Time and Part-Time or Seasonal

·      Reservation Clerks, Program Clerks, Concessions Workers - Seasonal

·      Banquet & Event Teams - Front and Back of House

·      Warehouse Leads, Warehouse Clerks, Restock Team - Year-Round Full-Time and Part-Time or Seasonal

While our team members may work the majority of their shifts in one role, employees are encouraged to cross train and learn as many roles as possible. For candidates that are flexible with scheduling and available evenings + weekends, this could be the perfect role for you. With weekend live races from Memorial Day to Labor Day, plus weekly events and banquets, most schedules would include weekend days and nights during season.
