With the exception of the Ruidoso Jockey Club, there is no official dress code for racing season at Ruidoso Downs. Weekend casual is preferable and is often adopted. As we race during the summer months, the monsoon season weather can be unpredictable with sunshine one minute and rain the next, so we advise you to dress accordingly.
